Commenting on dofollow blogs is an excellent SEO strategy, as any blogger would tell you.
But commenting is a tedious job!
Most of us comment on other blogs just for the sake of getting dofollow backlinks from them.
Then why waste precious time commenting on blogs which give you only nofollow links?

Conclusion
I have put in a lot of effort to compile this list of high page rank dofollow blogs lists for commenting, because most available lists on the same were outdated. Some of them mentioned blogs which would be PR1 or 2.
Why would I want to comment on Page Rank 1 or 2 blogs (even if I am at PR2 myself 
)?

That explains why I have included PR 3-6 blogs only in this list.
When you have decided to comment, also try to leave your comments behind on posts which do not have too many comments already so that you can get more link juice for your efforts.
You also need to keep in mind that blogs which offer dofollow backlinks to commenters do not approve useless one line comments like “Gr8 Post“, “Thanks for the share” and comments dropped by softwares. Make sure you leave behind quality comments which can see the light of the day!
